• Documents are uploaded individually
• Forms are signed digitally
• Each party to the transaction has access to view and complete the sections that are relevant to that party.

TRADITIONAL BOARD APPLICATIONS

• These applications are submitted on paper
• Documents are collected, reviewed and collated into a manuscript-style package
• Forms are signed by hand or digitally
• Fees are paid by certified, bank or personal checks
• We deliver to you a PDF version of the completed package, with dividers, which you can print and deliver to the managing agent.
