Board Package Expert offers a range of services to meet your needs. Whether you need full-service digital or traditional board package preparation, assistance with a specific section, or a "review only" we can modify a plan that works for you.

We work with NYC agents who need someone to manage their board packages.  Whether you're an experienced pro who wants to focus your time on selling or if you're a new agent, who's not yet ready to handle the board package process, we can manage it for you.

We also work directly with purchasers of NYC coops and condos, who don't have a real estate agent, to assist you in preparing and presenting the board application for admission into residential buildings.

To protect the security of your financial information, Board Package Expert uses Microsoft 365 with Advanced Email Security.  An encryption filter is already built in. You will see [ENCRYPT] in the subject line of any message that contains confidential financial information. You will receive an email with instructions on how to sign in to Advanced Email Security to view and respond to the encrypted message. The email expires after 15 days and you cannot forward or save it (but you can download attachments from the email.) 

You will NEVER receive an email or text message from Board Package Expert, LLC, asking you to send or wire money.  Please use extreme caution when sending or wiring funds. Contact your attorney directly (by phone) before sending or wiring funds to anyone during any real estate transaction.

Purchasers are often surprised at the enormity of the paperwork that needs to be submitted for board approval. If you're daunted by handling this process alone, it's well worth the fee to let a professional handle it with you. 

• A standard digital board package is $695.  More complicated packages will be somewhat higher depending on the level of complexity. 
• A traditional package is $695.  You will receive, via email, a PDF version, with dividers. which you can print. Additional fees apply if we print the copies and deliver them to the managing agent for you.
• Board Package "Review Only" is $395. 
• Custom requests can be handled for an hourly fee or flat fee, TBD.  Call for a price quote.
